Jennifer also has experience both in California and Nevada investment properties and their management ... Steve has always handled normal sales and REOs / bank owned properties both on listing and buyers, but now with Jennifer by his side, we now feel confident to actively pursue short sale listings. Jennifer is an amazing person to work with and a spectacular communicator. Her goal is to keep the first buyer in place and get the deal done.
